Pros

There are some wonderful hardworking, caring individuals who work behind the scenes. These people truly care about what happens within the organization. The benefits are really good as well. Great company match on the 401k plan.

Cons

Unfortunately no one cares about those people working behind the scenes. Lots of bullying and corporate greed/corruption. Lots of bosses, very few leaders. Absolutely no work life balance. Associates are worked to death and belittled if they ask for help.

Pros

It keeps me active, it pays the bills. I get a discount on tires. I like some of the people I work with.

Cons

There is never any change at TBC that benefits the employee, only the bottom line. Expect poor work life balance, male dominated culture that is stuck in the past, old school thinking and FALSE promises. They do not think of their employees yet make hundreds of millions a year for themselves.

Pros

Decent paychecks but only after you give up on having a life outside of here. Benefits are not too bad when compared to other places.

Cons

VERY stressful, lack of proper training, management is always looking for your mistakes or faults and pay is significantly low! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. You will have no family life, they want you to work even when you are seriously ill.
