Cons

Attempted to make it up to employees by correcting years of underpaying associates but took away bonus, no back pay for years of under pay or promise of how it's fixed to prevent it going forward.

Pros

Hybrid work opportunities and average benefits. However, sometimes associates are promised remote work and then the offer is taken away.

Cons

I would not suggest this place. This organization is completely unorganized and chaotic, there is a bully culture and a boys club culture. Overall the workplace is just toxic. There is a constant change in policies and a revolving door of executives. In addition, there are frequent layoffs and no one is safe. Furthermore, the company does not promote within so to get a promotion you have to leave the company and apply to a higher position. Lastly, you can expect to be paid below the market average.
