      Pros

      Discount on tires. Really smart co workers

      Cons

      Just everything. Overworkered, underpaid, antiquated good ol boy network in positions due to years - not educations. Suspect transactions. TBC must implement manager training. Somehow managers they get away behavior that would never be tolerated elsewhere. Meaning it comes from the top. HR for employees non existent-they know it’s useless. Too bad because the work is complex and interesting. But The exhaustion and stress is not worth it

      A few great people are still left at the company. Several years ago it was a much better place to work.

      Cons

      Great place to work if you are not a woman, minority or over 50. Management has lost focus of what is important.

      Some of the people were great but most have left due to the Cons

      Low wages, boys club atmosphere, treated as disposable and reminded of it every day.
