      Enjoyed this company and position. Best opportunity of my life

      Cons

      Company does not give enough consideration to tenured employees. Company would rather replace you (even after 15 Years), for someone younger, more educated, and for less money. Than those that took care of them and made them lots of money, even when they were the "Go To" person when no one else could convince a franchisee to extend and or renew their 10 year franchise contract

      Pros

      I was able to endure and survive the kind of environment the company and its people have established.

      Cons

      The environment is very unhealthy, people on every level and department try to throw each other under the bus. There's always some sort of conflict going on between departments, teams, and individuals. I'm surprised i survived and go out alive.
