      They're ridiculously impossible

      You'll have a few months before you're let go if you can't reach the targets

      The targets to hit are ridiculously impossible. The management doesn't have the sense of what's right and what's not. It feels like the make decisions without really thinking about it.

      At TBC the best thing is the co-workers

      Cons

      Very political and highschoolish as far as management goes. Tons of gossip behind backs to their employees. Management also doesn't take any employee suggestions seriously
