Pros

WFH 4 days a week due to covid for staff. Co-workers are generally nice and easy to get along with. New office is clean with coffee and teas in the breakrooms. Job is easy since tech is a decade old.

Cons

The IT senior leader has been in seat for many years and has stagnated IT systems and development for almost 8 years. Much of the tech strategy is not well thought out and is usually a rapid short sided response to a problem that has existed for years. There is limited professional growth or development and many people stay because there are no demands except to keep the lights on. Senior Manager meeting is held bi-weekly but the Sr. leadership does not attend, this is very frustrating for the team.

Some of the people were great but most have left due to the Cons

Cons

Low wages, boys club atmosphere, treated as disposable and reminded of it every day.

Pros

Smart co-workers. That's about it

Cons

Force work on you for 3 people and no excuses tolerated. Work was compromised-I was legally concerned. People quit on a daily basis and they don't even look to replace. Accounting dept culture is equivalent to pre-industrial revolution. Exhausted from all the chaos and continual OT. days consistently 10 to 12 hours. Understaffed creates confusion, sloppy work and utter chaos. I guess as long as the bosses get their bonus's - its all good. any good reviews can not be true.
