      The job helped me get through until I found a new position.

      Cons

      All they care about is numbers, with no solutions on how to make the production goals. Minimal training and the culture is the worst I have ever seen. In the year I was there I did not talk to 1 employee that enjoyed working for TC. Required OT every week.
