      Pros

      Working at TC Transcontinental is much appreciated because of the very dynamic teams and the collaboration between all levels of employees. There's also great support from Management.

      People in various departments are very nice. There is a sense of teamwork within departments.

      Pros

      I worked as a paper-delivery boy, for The Weekly News in Dartmouth, N.S., and I suppose it was nice to walk about the neighbourhood.

      Cons

      In the beginning, the papers were really thin, and I got ten cents per paper! Not a bad deal at the time, however, they added so many advertisements, that eventually, we were given an additional stack of ads thicker than the paper itself to deliver, without a penny of extra pay! Outrageous. I tried to quit the job, and had a very difficult time contacting anyone. Very disorganized and mismananged company.
