Good relationship with my team members.

Cons

If you have urgent rush jobs from your clients, if you're not close with the production you won't get any priorities. But if you escalate to your manager and they're close with production. They can slide your job in. Which isn't really fair, like you need to buy donuts for people in order to get your job through if it's a rush.

Cons

If you will be treated unfairly because of your race. If you are not white or brown. You will not fit in. And don't bother getting help. You either quit and continue swimming in the racist environment as long as you work here.
