Weren't any. Should favoritism to younger employees. Talked the talk but couldn't walk the walk.

Cons

Very untrustworthy. All operators was asked to take a lower paying job when downsizing. Forced to lose seniority . All the operators that were there in our department have left. Forced this woke crap on us when laziness was the culprit.
