overtime only during month-ends friendly coworkers standard benefits n

Cons

-in restructuring were fired people 50+ and immigrants first even with working stage 8 years and more -managers treat employees not equally -stress because of staff downsized -people left, but new positions are not opened -really high employee turnover rate
