Pros
- Large organization with a good reputation within the industry and the industries it serves - Decent starting salary compared to some competitors - Produce interesting products - Some coworkers outside of my team were pleasant to work with
Cons
- The coworker who trained me was rude, condescending, overly critical, and gave me the bare minimum training - No training on organization/account policies and procedures - Lack of documentation on role-specific policies and procedures for non-HR or Senior Manager roles - Outdated, non user friendly, and slow project management applications/systems that makes it near impossible to perform the role efficiently.
