A friendly and relaxed atmosphere most of the time Casual dress code Big office building Job parameters clearly defined

Cons

Vacation and sick days very few (only 2 paid sick days a year) Takes a while to learn how things work because there is no clear training period (especially with things like pay, vacation, benefits, and how to go about requesting things)

Descent pension plan, many locations to work across Canada.

Cons

Employee reviews and performance have no impact on salary. Health & dental plan coverage got worse as time past. Most salaried employees are expected to work well past a 40 hour work week with no compensation.
