Pros

CEO is the best and really cares about every employee Flexible working without micro management. You get your job done and no one is looking over you shoulder. The incredible support I receive from the other teams in the company allows me to be able to close deals a lot easier.

Cons

Wished I had an opportunity to own some equity in the company.
