Pros
This is a really flexible environment that rewards teamwork, creativity and problem solving. The business is growing fast and there are a lot of opportunities for people to grow with it. The comp and overall benefit package is solid, especially for a mid size company. The management team is receptive to feedback and takes people's recommendations seriously. A lot of the new initiatives in the business come directly from junior employee feedback.
Cons
The business is growing quickly and there are a lot of new people. Because of Covid we can only meet on Teams, it would be great to meet in person to better get to know everyone.
