Cool location down in South Broad Ripple.

Cons

Very clique oriented and smaller teams don't get the support necessary even when the work of the team is critical to the greater good of the larger flagship teams, ultimately the company.

Pros

Work-life balance is important to the company, they respect the fact that you have outside obligations. Great benefits and compensation. TCC's culture is remarkable, my previous company was very toxic, micro-managed with non existent work-life balance. TCC has offered me the ability and freedom to further my education (if desired) as well as contribute to the community through various organizations. A culture were I feel comfortable & encouraged to express my ideas without fear of backlash. I wish I would've joined the company sooner.

Cons

For myself, there are no cons. TCC is a breath of fresh air.
