      Pros

      The benefits are out of this world. We have created a culture on giving back...that they now force down your throat.

      Cons

      If you are a woman in this company, please don't expect much. You will not advance in the "Good I'm boys club." Once you have accepted this reality, it's a decent place to work. The pay could be better, they will low ball you with a salary and expect you to break your back for them. The sexually harassment from upper management goes unaddressed.

      Pros

      It really is a good company to work for and they have great ideas if you are close to their home office "Carmel IN" other small town don't matter so much. The pay can be decent BUT YOU WILL WORK FOR IT!

      Cons

      Very long hours! Project X changed the mood of the culture. MM think they are above SM now and make it awkward. MM think they are above selling or dealing with customers. MM will sit on their phones or computers like they don't work for the company and great guest. Project X was not supposed to be like this. I'm thankful my co-workers haven't quit because they are frustrated.

      Pros

      As with any company, there are some really good people who work throughout the company. Many jobs allow you to work with the public.

      Cons

      Company does not pay most employees what they are worth, so the good employees that the company hires eventually leave. Management will promise good wages and advancement opportunities, but both of those possibilities are only ever given to those who are buddies with upper management. Hard work and dedication to the company means nothing to this company.
