Time is very important factor

Literally everything else. The culture is terrible. When working in the stores it’s like being in a tank of sharks. The employees are only worried about sales and not about customer satisfaction. The amount of shadiness I saw in my time as an employee here is disgusting. Employees are constantly telling half truths or not even mentioning things they should be telling customers. When working at the corporate office it’s all politics and who you know. If you don’t have a friend or family member at the office there is no chance for you to move up or get a new position. There is no sense of loyalty. One day you’re a hard worker and the next you’re getting fired for some irrelevant reason. I’ve seen so many good employees and good people get fired from this company. Everyone left here is a snake. If you don’t care about other people, this is the perfect place for you to work!
