Pros

Amazing leadership, great compensation, genius teammates, challenging opportunities, awesome culture, and a true drive for customer obsession. TCDI is full of great people and great opportunities to grow, learn, and take on challenging projects. Leadership is very focused on maintaining a strong culture for employees, an exceptional experience for customers, and doing what it can to impact the community. This is an environment where a self-starter can really have a huge impact and really enjoy their work.

Cons

No real cons from me. No company or person is perfect so don't expect TCDI to have perfect people or be a perfect company. As a place to work, the Pros outweigh the cons SIGNIFICANTLY!

Pros

Remote employment opportunities, dogs in the office, never bored, talented co-workers, decent benefits, nice office, fun gatherings and parties, job feels secure, no layoffs during quarantine, CEO is personable and friendly and is great at grilling

Cons

Low pay relative to other companies, raises do not keep up with inflation, poor communication between departments at times, by-the-seat-of-their-pants decision-making in the development department, could be more diverse
