Pros

Remote employment opportunities, dogs in the office, never bored, talented co-workers, decent benefits, nice office, fun gatherings and parties, job feels secure, no layoffs during quarantine, CEO is personable and friendly and is great at grilling

Cons

Low pay relative to other companies, raises do not keep up with inflation, poor communication between departments at times, by-the-seat-of-their-pants decision-making in the development department, could be more diverse

Pros

This was a really great experience especially for attorneys who need flexibility. They pay more than most document review work and you can work from home.
