7yThanks for the advice. Management is cognizant of how our culture could change as we grow and is actively working to keep the “small company vibe.” Sprees, lunches, PIEs (our communities of interest), all-hands meetings and other activities all help us to hang out and work with our colleagues that we don’t get to see regularly.
