Great work/life balance, great benefits, competitive salaries, employees are well cared for through, training opportunities, a lot of perks, etc. Above all, TCG is a company that believes in giving people a second chance.

Cons

I have a hard time finding one negative for the company

Pros

Great work-life balance, interesting projects, and outstanding benefits. Even on difficult projects, there is open communication and plans to improve situations. This is clearly a company where employees are valued and employees can be in it for the long-haul.

Cons

Lots of remote work, so you need the ability to keep yourself on task. Great for those who are used to doing so, but can be challenging to not see your team often or at all.
