Good work culture fostered solely by non-management employees.

Cons

For a bank, they are highly willing to increase your regular total hours per pay period worked despite it violating your work agreements. Tried to navigate it with HR, got the worst rep assigned who just dug in their heels and has refused to review or provide access to basic documents like my signed work agreement. Do not trust TD. Also the management there treats every event as a means to infantilize the employees, sequestering us from the rest of TD and trying to have us play video games? Instead of actually making connections with the business? I don't get why they were even allowed to do this.
