TD Bank overall is not a bad place to work at. There is training provided and the workforce is diverse.

Cons

The bank itself is ok but the Information Security department has a very unpleasant culture mostly due to leadership issues. Very US Army - like. If you like subordination and army training, this is a place for you. A lot of them were buddies before the came to TD and now took over and treat people as their property. They are also mostly incompetent and have not touched code in their lifetime. If you want to be respected and heard, do not apply.
