      Pros

      TD Waterhouse is truly concerned with the employee experience and strives to make the work environment fulfilling and challenging. It is easy to have an excellent work-life balance in this position, which is 9-5 M-F.

      Cons

      The Salary is the only downside. The nature and material of the work is interesting and challenging and the management is great. However, the salary is much too low. It should be a 60K minimum. The fact that my base salary is less than 50k for downtown Toronto, means my wage is not competitive with inflation.
