      inept and venal mgmt dirty offices (food waste) technology was a mess, 10 yrs after acquiring companies systems were still not integrated very misleading about bonus potential

      meaningless projects, toxic environment, incompetent managers, highly politically charged, no meritocracy, very outdated systems, extreme favoritism, no stimulating projects, depressingly unintelligent managers
