Pay is not that great

There are a few potential drawbacks to working at TD Bank that employees may experience. Some of these cons include: High-stress work environment: Working in a fast-paced banking environment can be stressful, especially during peak hours when customer traffic is high. Sales goals and performance metrics: Like many banks, TD Bank sets sales goals and performance metrics for its employees. This can create pressure to meet targets, which can be challenging for some employees. Limited upward mobility: While TD Bank offers opportunities for growth and advancement, there may be limited upward mobility for some employees, depending on their position and location. Long working hours: Depending on the specific role and location, TD Bank employees may be required to work long hours, including evenings and weekends. Large workload: Depending on the role, TD Bank employees may be responsible for managing a large workload and multiple tasks simultaneously. It's important to note that not all TD Bank employees will experience these cons, and some may find the work environment and opportunities for growth to be positive aspects of their job. * I think the metrics are a little excessive and the expectations are way to high. You always have those people who want to out perform and are workaholics but these people are dangerous and will make working very difficult because when the executives see what employees are capable of they continue to raise the bar and make things gradually impossible. If this is what you like to do then there is an opportunity for a long career but do not think it will be a walk in the park. If you like this type of environment that I will not discourage anyone from apply but at least know that you should do your research first.
