Pros
Vacation time is great. That's about it.
Cons
-They expect sales results but do not really train on ways to gain sales without "pushing" products. This doesn't work. - The managers (for the most part) do not seem to care about anything but store profitability. - They push talent right out the door. It doesn't make sense for talented sales people to stay at TD bank because they will not be rewarded financially or intellectually.
