      Pros

      Benefits, pto, good starting pay for call center and tellers depending on where you live.

      Cons

      Yearly raises are low, hard to make quality high rating for year end raises and bonuses unless you suck up to upper management, cliques, low moral, miserable co-workers with bad attitudes.

      Pros

      Year 1, get 8 hours of PTO/80 hrs worked. Year 2, get 8.32 hours of PTO/80 hrs worked. Year 5, get 9.23 hours of PTO/80 hrs worked and 10 shares of stock.

      Cons

      Constant public propaganda. Constantly overworked due to turnover caused by burnout. Constant pressure regarding sales goals and J.D. Power and Associates ranking.

      Pros

      It is a good starting point to get into banking. Great resume builder before you move onto a bigger bank

      Cons

      Lots of politics involved when you want to get promoted or transfer to another branch for a promotion. Pays much lower than chase and Bank of America. Expect no more than 10% raise from your current salary when getting a promotion. The turnover is very high and for good reason. Pay is extremely low. They call the personal bankers “customer service reps” so as not to pay them more. Sounds more like a call center rep than a banker with that title. As well, there is a lot of jealousy and misconception between tellers and bankers as TD embraces an open space. No offices or cubicles for the bankers and only loud music as “privacy” when discussing sensitive clientele information.
