Pros

Great experience and starter job out of college, learn how the world works. constantly learning everything from mortgages to 402ks to fixed annuities. great branch support system.

Cons

sit at a desk all day and constantly deal with customers problems, problem after problem. there is no room for advancment in the role as FSR , promoted to FSRII after first two quarters, no room to grow from here besides going the managment route(which i am not intrested in) great starter job but dead end. zero insentive to make sales and hit sales goals. ZERO comissions, quartly bonuses are a joke

Pros

Great benefits, customer oriented organization. Flex time available. Lots of growth opportunities. Performing employees get amazing recognition. It's an amazing place to learn and work. Have a positive attitude, be client focussed and extrovert, you're good to go!

Cons

Way too much work pressure. Employees drop like flies due to the stress and pressure and go on disability - you can see the stress on the faces of employees and it's not a case of misusing of this benefit. Micromanagement, employee experience is no longer an important value- changed since Ed Clarke moved. Mgmt says it is just a lip service. If you have an introvert personality, this is not a place for you.

Pros

Lots of PTO. They give it out like it's going out of style. It's good because it's an easy job that really anyone can do, no prior banking experience necessary. Seriously, don't be intimidated by their jargon.

Cons

Currently experiencing a hiring freeze. Been stuck in this position for a year and a half. Everyone is just a number and it doesn't matter how hard you work. Also their raises have been a joke. TD Bank might as well keep the 30 cents they give you, because they clearly need it more.
