Pros

They are very flexible with the schedule, especially for students. It's a stimulating environment where you get a lot of autonomy and freedom to do your tasks. You get to manage what you have to do so it gives you more leadership. People are nice and willing to help you. You feel like you can have a career with TD and they appreciate promotions within the bank.

Cons

The opening hours are longer compared to other banks. TD closes at 8 on thursdays and fridays. It's also opened in the weekends so your schedule could be annoying. TD has strict policies and it's hard to change them.
