You work in a highly professional environment. TDW is one of the top securities brokers in the country, you will be exposed to vast resources, and there are huge learning potential via internal partners.
Cons
Pay is not on par with the "world class" operation that it is aspiring to become. Like all large companies, there are areas that are inefficiently-run. It is easy to develop a sense of complacency. The working environment can be disengaging at times. Due to its large size, opportunities for advancement is not easy.
