Pros
Very accomodating hours; you can choose your own hours for the most part. Fairly nice facilities...bathrooms are very clean.
Cons
Work environment make me feel like I'm in highschool. The different departments within the bank are very clicky and there is very little meaningful communication between departments. As a result there uncessisary inefficiencies that could be very easily fixed if there was an understanding of what is required by each department to complete there work unhindered. There are many employment opportunities listed on the internal company website, however they require more experience and have lower salaries than similar jobs at other companies. I have also gotten the feeling the promotion isn't based on performance. TD also offers very limited training if your are interested in pursueing a career that isn't a job that anyone could do successfully right out of highschool.
