      Incredibly supportive management team, committed to helping their employees succeed and work with you to achieve your goals. Managers will schedule your work time around your and your families needs.

      Cons

      Clients have the misconception that front line bank employees are out to meet sales quotas and aren't genuine in their attempts to make there banking experiences better and accounts work more efficiently for them.

      Pros

      Great staff, friendly environment, makes you want to go to work in the morning. Serving clients and knowing you are making a difference in their banking experience and being legendary at superior service.

      Cons

      hourly wage limitations. Hiring wage has been substantially increased this Dec. and employees sitting at the maximum are eligible for recognition and a substantial increase as well, however, those sitting in the mid range are being presented with a nominal .20 to .34 cent increase which insults their hard work and dedication. Many who have been employed for more than 15 years may find it insulting to know new employees are being hired at an hourly rate very close to what they have been left to sit at in their current range of wage for several years.
