Pros

Incredibly competitive benefits for employees such as mortgage rates and personal banking plusses. The staff is friendly and courteous and so are the opportunities for advancement.

Cons

Depending on the position there will be weekend work. Trying to work up from the branch to the head office can be challenging.

Pros

Free bank account is the only pro.

Cons

Long hours. Managers are only looking out for themselves. They have there own goals to meet making them not available for branch support. Hourly schedule is never given out in a timely matter (two weeks advance notice) they get it out 3 days before that new schedule work week should begin. Pay is the lowest out of all the banks.

Pros

Good PTO Ridiculous amount of turnover so positions are available often if you are looking to stay in retail.

Cons

Hours Senior Management- in Boston at least Lack of "work life balance" poor policies and bank systems Lack of support PTO is great but you can't roll it over and there are so many black out dates and employees leaving that you have to fill in for that you will be very lucky to use it and not lose it.
