Pros

Great (Canadian style) benefits, particularly vacation Very progressive, diverse, inclusive workforce Promoted from within when possible- lots of upward mobility

Cons

Very odd, almost cultish prevailing culture for those "true believers." But in reality it was a mix of ultra conservative Canadian executive management, sales/retail oriented brusque Jersey/NY upper middle and senior management, and various smaller bank cultures (acquired over the last decade). Incredibly high turnover. Very frugal pay structure (particularly following promotions) Upper management who didn't really get what was happening at the lower levels (not uncommon) Extreme bureaucracy with layer upon layer of middle management

Pros

They offer the opportunity for quick career advancement, they invest in you as an employee to grow and be able to provide the company better services.

Cons

As much as they invest in you their compensation plan for this position and many others is not so good. There is a lot of pressure placed on this position being that it is the highest sales position but the bonus is merely existent and pay is simply just "okay"

Pros

Great PTO. Will allow you to rise in the company as long as your ambitious and you work hard. rewarding fare pay.

Cons

Your experience with TD really depends on your manager and how they run they're store. I've been in more then one store and so I've had a manager that was amazing and one that makes work miserable at times. Later nights then other banks and open on Sundays No Child Care policy. Meaning you can be written up if your child gets sick to much... also at the digression of your manager. Stress when things go wrong.
