Pros
The company has a hospitable culture with good leaders and wonderful working environment. The managers are good and as its an MNC it adds a lot of value to your future ventures. As a fresher its a good opportunity, if u are open to work on any IT domain like Hardware, Security, Cloud, Automation etc. You will be working with some of the top notch OEM's, Partners and Customers in the industry. The best thing is learning and upskilling is always appreciated in this firm. Even if a person works in a "X" product he/she can learn and understand other products in the firm by showing his/her interest to their respective mangers. The have all the recourses to help u achieve excellence. The salaries are also paid timely without any delay.
Cons
The only drawback is if you are a fresher they mostly have bonds. As a fresher chances of getting the product you want to work on is low and also depends upon the respective decision maker and there views on your capability to handle certain line cards/ products. The managers and other top members will be choosing on which product and domain you are most suitable to work upon. Mostly if a product line has high demand you will be constrained to handle one product. Still I will suggest that the company and the management will support u and if there are any openings in your desired line card/ product then they will shift you there, it might take some time for the shift to happen but they surely will support you to achieve what u desire to achieve in your professional carrier. In short I would recommend this firm to anyone who is looking forward to a company with ethics, friendly atmosphere and great work culture.
