Good company, but your team can make or break your work life

Pros

Great company benefits, mostly care for their employees, opportunity to move laterally and vertically within the company

Cons

If you are on a great team - you will probably love your job. If you are on a bad team or even a fun team with with a bad boss - it is very hard to enjoy your work. There are some bosses who should not be in the positions they are in and all you can do is look for a different position.
