Pros
Big company so you can move around to different types of positions and even make career changes. This could be especially beneficial if you are looking for more management style of work. If you show general competence you are very likely to move upward.
Cons
Big enterprise sized company comes with lots of red tape so sometimes it doesn't feel like you are really accomplishing meaningful tasks. Over the years some roles have been divided into smaller more boring roles that may be a barrier to growth if you don't move around.
