Flexibility in work schedule. Some great people to work with here and there.

Cons

Management is not so great. Have family working with each other and that didn't work out so well. The whole environment is tense constantly because people were ruled by one person on each section and they weren't there to do their job most the time. The managers would pile up in a group somewhere and talk for awhile.
