      There Core values i always did and still do highly respect..,& it helped with doing and keeping good positive work and drive with sence of achievement

      Cons

      Management has high turnover and most of them don't have real In the field experience to know how product works or to know and understand there men/crew that they are to manage in therfore causing confusion and lack of trust and commitment from team poor job production lack of training
