Pros

Almost everyone I met during my time at TD was friendly and had a team player mindset. I found the pay to be competitive and was happy with my bonuses and raises.

Cons

Leadership on my team changed and the culture took a downturn. They will lay off/fire with no legitimate reason, but with 100% support from other leaders who do not know you or your role. My previous team changed from an experienced, talented pool of 12 individuals to 5 newly hired people who seem to follow one specific individual from one workplace to another. Unfortunately, due to "core values" and not wanting to speak "below the line", serious and important conversations critiquing and providing feedback to leadership are not welcome and seem almost taboo.

Pros

Leaders have been good. Great people. Skilled workforce. Company atmosphere is very positive. Work days are typically 6:30 am-3pm.

Cons

As a partner (actual TD employee, rather than a temp) they are reluctant to talk about raises. Temp workers usually make more per hour with same experience, while TD paying an extra premium towards the agency per hour. There is a saying in regards to commuting "You will drive by 2 TD job sites to get to yours". There is not a guaranteed 40 hour work week. So if job site closes for weather, they do not match the hours.
