      Service Top pay and benefits Great tradesmen to work around Lots of work with great cilents

      Cons

      Too many people who have no field experience in the office micromanaging... and the worst thing is the nepotism. Way too much hiring of friends and family.

      Talks about core values but doesn’t actually follow them

      Benefits are not too bad

      Cons

      Felt like it was the service side vs construction side and the service side was definitely treated like the red headed stepchild. Lots of turnover. Didn’t feel like there was a lot of room for growth. Pay. Useless management and lower class workers were expected to make up for their failings.
