Pros

Pay is decent. Benefits are okay if you choose GHC. Which really only works for people living in Madison. 401k is a scam, so why bother.

Cons

Pushing jobs overseas. First was customer service. Then tech support. Who knows what's next. They're literally cutting jobs from the TDS side of thing because they own US Cellular and US Cellular is struggling. Managers give 0 fudges about you. You're just another seat to earn them their bonuses. HR is buddy with the managers because they're friends outside of work and have been working together for more than a decade
