Pros

Management has a vested interest in your success, and management level just above reps are generally great to work with. The product is great, especially when going into areas that have only had one option in the past.

Cons

Too many chiefs in the management ladder. Pandemic really took a toll on Customer Service and Installers, creating headaches for Sale Reps.
