not a sales job, it is mostly maintenance, no time to sell. and the rewards to renew existing or new contracts is not much.

No clocking in no clocking out. Hit the numbers make some money, exceed the numbers make way more money. Benefits start on day 1. Employee discounts on services. Make your own schedule.

Cons

Commission based so when on vacation you still take those sales calls, because you worked for them and you don’t want someone else to eat your steak.
