good benefits to start. Little by little, the managers have been rolling back the benefits.

Pros

I have an amazing and supportive managers and work groups who continue to push the envelop and help me develop into a stronger person both in the company and in my personal life. TDS looks internally for talent first and there are many viable career paths to follow including developmental opportunities and tuition reimbursement. I hired on to a "job" but TDS has made it a career for me.

Cons

There are some days that need to be longer to get the job done but the sense of accomplishment knowing we are making a difference is worth it.

The pay was low. Perks were great but didn't put gas in car nor pay the bills.
