      Pros

      Parent Co. Telephone and Data Systems is smart and invests in the business. Dave Wittwer the CEO of TDS Telecommunications is the most ethical and accessible CEO I have ever worked with.

      Cons

      Sometimes we can't make every customer happy. Slow Internet speeds in some rural areas that are under performing, thus not as well funded. Long term employees - my 15 years makes me a rookie here - need more new blood to bring in fresh ideas, especially in executive ranks.

      Pros

      Great managers that care about staff. Health benefits are great. I wish I had more positive things to say.

      Cons

      Salary is below average. Commissions recently reduced. Discounting options to close business recently reduced. Shared rooms for annual sales conference. Very expensive service, we are rarely cheaper and benefits to choosing TDS don't cover the price difference enough times. Brand recognition is very low.
