      Good place to work, flaws like any other corporation

      Pros

      Good pay for external hires. Flexibility in hours and working from home occasionally is an option available to most salaried employees. Health insurance and vesting are pretty good.

      Cons

      Wide range in salary for the same job/same level position. Upper management lacks diversity. Leadership doesn't communicate well with management. Different department's goals are often not aligned.

      Pros

      Lots of resources, national company, friendly team and immediate co-workers

      Cons

      Lots of company jargon, HR training is not face-to-face, takes a long time to get to know co-workers outside your department, too much competition between departments and there's a need to improve team philosophy.

      Pros

      Good overall pay and benefits. Several enjoyable people to work alongside.

      Cons

      There is no clear strategy for the future and commitment towards improving things among senior leaders. Most have been with the company for 20+ years and are VERY comfortable with status quo, despite a drastically changing and competitive market. Work life balance was iffy at best.
