      They screwed up the timeline. Wouldn’t give new houses expected same quotas making paychecks small and unlivable.

      Work from Home available for some positions

      Cons

      They outsourced jobs to Jamaica and cut compensation for US based operations. No room for advancement. TDS used to be a good local employer, but I would no longer recommend due to how they treat their employees. May be ok to gain experience short term, but I this is not a place to expect to make a career from.
